The entire project cannot exceed 60 days design time. If the project exceeds this limit due to buyer's delays additional charges will apply. Any delays caused by DIGARSOLUTIONS will not count against this clause. 75% deposit required, and the your server provider MUST support ASP technology. Final payment will be due within 5 business days of finalization of the website. Any additional work requested by the customer, will be charged separately under a different work order, and may not be completed until the initial contract is completed. Out of State work welcome, but may require payment in advanced or at the very least an escrow company to be involved (paid for by the customer).
