Email Agreement

By hiring a company to send these e-mails does not exclude you from this charge, and DIGAR will use any steps necessary to collect this toll (E-mail, USPS, UPS).  If you cannot afford to pay this charge you are advised not to send any e-mail that can be considered unsolicited.
We apologize for this charge, but the expense to sort, and catalog unsolicited e-mail has caused us to impose this fee.  You can avoid these charges by immediately removing us from any e-mail list you are associated with. This will be the only warning concerning this matter; by not viewing it we do not lose any rights to collect this fee.
This is a binding contract, which is activated by you sending us e-mail, if you feel your e-mail was not of an unsolicited nature, and want to contest the charge. You are welcome to contact us by mail (USPS, UPS, No E-mail!) within 30 days of receipt of our invoice.  If you don’t contact us within 30 days, and haven’t paid the invoice, we will forward your account to collections!
