Unsolicited E-mail (SPAM) Policy Statement
Unsolicited E-mail or SPAM has become a serious problem on the internet in the last few years, we here at DIGARSOLUTIONS find the very use of Spam immoral and in some cases scooting the edge of illegal. On a daily basis our e-mail system can receive in the upwards of several hundred of these unwanted solicitations. So as you probably guessed we have little regard for anyone who uses this highly suspect form of advertising.
Our policy on Spam is simple, we will never send you anything that you did not specifically request from us.*
If you receive an unsolicited E-mail claiming to have come from any of our addresses, we request that you send it to us immediately so we can contact the offender(s).
We don't use opt-in E-mail lists, and we won't sell or trade your E-mail address to anyone.
TO SPAMMERS:
We have a simple rule about Spam, we will NEVER buy anything from someone who has Spammed any of our accounts. Just the simple act of sending us unsolicited E-mail will place you in a database of other offenders that our purchasing department has been banned to use when getting supplies for our company. Price, Quality, or Availability is not a factor in this decision, we just won't give money to you because of your spammer activities. In the past few months we have started using several spam filters to remove MOST of the messages we receive from spammers. Any messages left are reviewed by someone other then the intended target with the strict understanding that if it's a sale pitch of any kind it is to be deleted. We have made it a terminating offense for any of our employee's to utilize spam as a purchasing/selling vessel. What our employee's use off our networks is not within our controls, but they will face severe actions if they harbor or facilitate the spamming problem through our networks.
*With exceptions to collections, we reserve the rights to use any contact source to contact customers who have defaulted on their payment arrangements.
